We're rebuilding Thailand's real estate stack with AI. As a Generative AI Engineer, you'll create tools that turn complex property data into actionable insights for buyers and sellers.

You'll work with our CTO and founding team (all second-time founders with successful exits) to build AI-powered products from prototype to production. Think acquisition briefs, price valuations, and location analysis powered by LLMs.

If you treat AI as a core part of how you build software - not just a tool you play with on the side - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build AI pipelines that transform raw data into acquisition briefs, valuations, and market reports

• Develop Python/Node.js backends with LLM integrations using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex

• Scrape and process real estate data reliably at scale

• Design and test prompts for production LLM features

• Ship clean Next.js interfaces when needed

• Deploy from Jupyter notebooks to production systems

Requirements

• Strong Python/Node.js backend experience

• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted pipelines (beyond casual ChatGPT use)

• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)

• Web scraping and structured data processing skills

• Next.js experience for rapid UI development

• System design and prompt engineering knowledge

Bonus: PostgreSQL, AWS, Supabase, data visualization experience
