The Analyst supports our venture studio in building and scaling property technology companies in Thailand. In this role, you will:

• Support market research and competitive analysis for new venture opportunities

• Extract and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights

• Help compile client reports and pitch deck presentations

• Maintain our data warehouse and ensure data quality

• Build and maintain databases of target companies for marketing outreach

• Support project management across various startup initiatives

This is a fully remote position based in Thailand. You'll work from home during regular business hours (Bangkok time) with occasional virtual team meetings. Candidates must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for professional video calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related analytical field

• 0-2 years of work experience in analysis, consulting, or startup environment

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

• Familiarity with Python and SQL is advantageous
